PRODUCER, DIRECTOR, & EDITOR
Sophie Falkenheim is a screenwriter-producer and recent Boston University graduate. Her work on Counting Time began in May of 2020 as a remote alternative to audiovisual production. In September 2021, she earned a grant from the Adrienne Shelly Foundation towards the production of her short film Kerry & Deb and in April 2022, her feature script Nice Jewish Boys came in third for the Fleder-Rosenberg Prize at the Redstone Film Festival. Originally from Argentina by way of Washington, D.C., she is most interested in stories about inexplicable experiences and family relationships, especially sisterhood. Since finishing her degree in December 2022, she currently resides in Los Angeles.

WRITER
Tallulah hails from the great city of Chicago, best known for its prejudice against ketchup and for pizza so deep, even Nietzsche struggles to understand it. She likes to write authentic, grounded comedies with a Jewish flavor, particularly that of chicken schmaltz and potato kugel. After graduating cum laude from Boston University with a degree in Film and TV, Tallulah moved across the country to work as an Assistant to the Head of Film and Management at Michel Gondry's Partizan. Knowing TV is her passion, she then moved show-side to work as an Office PA on season two of HBO Max's HACKS. After wrap, she jumped over to Season four of Apple TV+'s FOR ALL MANKIND where she currently works as an Office PA.

WRITER
Daniel Hernandez-Zapata is a writer and proud Mexican-Missourian. Born in Mexico City, raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Daniel was thrust into a world completely different from his own when he studied at Boston University. There he noticed the absence of stories from places and people he knew so well. Daniel now devotes his writing to elevating immigrant and working class stories. Now an MFA candidate in the Writing Division at USC, Daniel continues to explore nuances within his communities. His feature La Calle, a road trip story between a truck driver and an undocumented woman, sees the different political/moral views among immigrants, and speaks to the sacrifice at the root of every exodus into America. His latest script, West Side Sipote, a dramedy set in the immigrant community of St. Louis, looks at a man trying to move out of his small town to pursue his passion in music, and the family, friends, and romances that make it hard for him to leave. He currently lives in Los Angeles.

WRITER
Kiki Martinez is a senior at Boston University studying film production and visual arts. Originally from Mexico, she grew up internationally in Miami, Costa Rica, and Brazil. Over the past four years, Kiki has dabbled in various capacities of filmmaking as a member of the art, sound, camera, production, and post-production departments, although she plans to pursue a career as a writer and director. Her most recent project is Small Things, a short film about mental health in which she acted as a producer, assistant director, and graphic designer. Currently, she is trying her hand at documentary filmmaking. When she's not working on a creative project, Kiki enjoys figure skating, baking, and playing music.

SOUND
Libby Egan is a current senior completing a dual degree at Boston University studying TV and Film at the College of Communication and International Relations at the College of Arts and Sciences. Following her graduation she will hopefully be pursuing a future in the impact sector of the entertainment industry!
